It is not easy for a person even to start thinking about investing in a house as the sky rocket high costs of property do not allow someone just to invest, unless they are rich. People who invest in money are two kinds, who have a lot of money who can spare it to invest only; or middle class people who actually are looking for a house to stay in, which they can call their own. I was going through the same thing and finally decided to buy a house.
